  We offer free worldwide shipping on all purchases exceeding $40.00 worldwide. If your order is valued less than $40.00, we require a small $5.95 shipping fee.

  Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

  Processing time – It differs from product to product. Since your pendant is a custom design that needs to be manufactured by hand, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be dispatched from our workshop (Medallion requires 1-3 additional production days). Shipping time – Many factors can affect transportation time. We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible within the time frame that is listed on each product page.

  24-Hours Cancellation/Modification Period To cancel or modify your order you must notify us within 24 hours from when the order was placed. Refunds (if applicable) To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first contact us within 7 days of receiving the products by contacting us with pictures of the item. Once we’ve reviewed your case, we will determine if we will ship out a replacement or issue you a refund. Lost or Stolen Packages Silvercut will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If it’s clear your shipment wasn’t delivered to you, we will re-manufacture your order and ship it again.
